Our standards
What "premier"should actuallymean.
"Premier" is a word every agency uses and almost none define. Here is what we think it should mean, stated plainly enough that you can hold us to it.
Overview
The marketing industry is full of superlatives that carry no information. Leading. Premier. Award winning. Best in class. None of it tells a prospective client anything useful, because there is no standard attached and nobody is checking.
So instead of claiming the label, here are the specific commitments we think it should require. If we fail any of them, you have grounds to say so.
Your account manager understands the work
An account manager is not the problem. A coordinator who can only relay messages between you and a production team you never meet is the problem. Ours are marketing strategists who helped build your plan, so you get an answer rather than a promise to find out.
You get told when something is not working
This is the one that separates most agencies. Anyone will report good news. The test is whether they tell you that a campaign is underperforming, or that a service they sell is not right for you, before you work it out yourself. It costs revenue in the short term and it is the entire basis of a long relationship.
Reporting you can actually read
A report should answer three questions in five minutes: what did we do, what happened, and what are we doing next. Automated dashboards with fifty charts and no commentary are a way of appearing busy without being accountable.
No surprises about what you own
Depending on the engagement, your site, domain and ad accounts may be yours outright, or you may be leasing a managed website with hosting and maintenance bundled in. Both are reasonable. What is not reasonable is a client finding out which one they signed up for only when they try to leave. We set it out in writing at the start, and we will answer the question directly if you ask.
No guarantees we cannot keep
We do not promise rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures. We commit to the work, to doing it competently, and to showing you exactly what changed as a result.
Twenty-five years of not disappearing
Agencies churn constantly in this industry. We have been independent and operating since 2001, through every algorithm change and platform shift since. That is not a guarantee of anything, but it is at least evidence.
Details
Six commitmentsyou can holdus to.
A strategist, not a relay
Your account manager is a marketing strategist who helped build the plan, so they can answer the question themselves.
Bad news, early
We tell you when something is underperforming before you have to ask. This is the real test.
Readable reporting
What we did, what happened, what is next. Five minutes, plain English, tied to enquiries.
Owned or leased, in writing
You are told exactly what is yours and what is managed on your behalf, before you sign rather than when you leave.
No hollow guarantees
We commit to the work and to transparency, not to rankings nobody can actually promise.
A long record
Independent since 2001, in an industry where most agencies do not last five years.
