Reputation management
Your rating is the firstthing buyers check.Make it accurate.
For most local businesses the star rating beside their name influences more purchase decisions than anything else they publish.
Overview
Here is the uncomfortable part: your online rating is usually not a fair reflection of your work. Satisfied customers rarely think to leave a review. Unhappy ones are motivated. Left alone, ratings drift downward, not because quality declined but because only one group is writing.
Generating reviews from happy customers
The fix is mostly mechanical: ask, at the right moment, and make it easy. A simple process that requests a review shortly after a good experience, with a direct link, changes the balance quickly. Most businesses have plenty of satisfied customers who would happily write something and have simply never been asked.
Responding to the bad ones
A negative review is not a disaster. An unanswered negative review is worse, and a defensive reply is worse still. A calm, specific, non defensive response is read by every future prospect and frequently does more good than the original review did harm. It demonstrates how you handle a problem, which is exactly what a nervous buyer is trying to work out.
Monitoring everywhere it matters
Google, Facebook, and the directories specific to your industry, monitored so you find out from us rather than from a customer mentioning it in passing.
What we will not do
We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or use services that generate them. It violates the terms of every major platform, it is increasingly easy to detect, and the penalty when it is detected is far worse than the problem it was meant to solve.

Common questions
Questions weget asked a lot.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Sometimes, but only where it genuinely breaches the platform policy: fake reviews, reviews from someone who was never a customer, personal abuse, or a review left on the wrong business. A review that is simply unflattering but honest will not be removed, and it should not be. The productive response there is a good public reply.
How many reviews do we actually need?
Enough to look established relative to your local competitors, and recent enough to look current. In most local categories that means being in the same range as the businesses ranking above you, with a steady trickle arriving rather than a burst from two years ago.
Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?
No. Incentivised reviews breach Google policy and can result in review removal or profile penalties. Asking is fine and it is legitimate. Paying is not.
What if we get a sudden run of bad reviews?
We look at whether it is a genuine service problem, a single unhappy customer posting repeatedly, or a competitor. Each needs a different response, and the first one needs fixing in the business rather than online.
